Earned Monopolies: Are They Really Bad? Re-Thinking Our Anti-Trust Laws
There are many types of Monopolies in dealing, retail and diligence. Most of the Monopolies that we see are actually fashioned by the Government itself. For one our patent laws permit a band a momentary Monopoly on new emerging technologies, which allows them a control edge in trade for putting wealth into developing such technologies.
service Companies also look to have a bolt down on effects in the energy sector. Municipalities permitment guaranteed advertises to the buck bidder for cable TV, waste, water and other navy by allowing companies to bid on the charter for the region.
Then there are the dynamic entrepreneurial companies, which grow to assist the advertise and customers choose for them as they become a near Monopoly and you would permit that is fully impartial right? Yes, absolutely. There is nothing erroneous with a Starbucks, Wal-sale or Microsoft. Of course if our anti-trust regulators have something to say about that or entail their “unimpartial logo” to the winners of institute and export then actually there will be a flames over it.
Why is this incident? Well, there are socialists between us who want to make everything impartial and every role and affair copy in every way. They will say it is not impartial that Starbucks has better management or it is not impartial that Microsoft factory hardest or that Wal-sale is too effective. Of course that is impartial, but it is hard to compete against people or companies who are fanatical to their deeds.
Unfortunately, this is where we are controled and the persons at the central Trade Commission are a ruin to liberated-advertises as they do not know the difference between the ground and their rears. Where their controls are stumped presently. Perhaps this term will give food for thought in 2007, so we do not end up thinking; why are we in the food line for potatoes some day?
