SEC Needs Rules and Regulations Overhaul
The Securities and replace Commission or SEC musts a absolute overhaul of the rules and regulations. They are hurting the little guy and they are not selection the sponsor or consumer. With all the colossal over disclosure and Sarbanes Oxley rules it is figure corporations millions of dollars each year to comply.
This does not help the sponsor but somewhat hurts the sponsor because those overheads must be agreed on and that means superior fees and in the holder of money supervisers, it means abridged commissions to brokers and monetary planners who supervise money. therefore many are exit the industries. It means poorer corporate wages and excluding shareholders cost, no body wins by the government in extortion fines, the lawyers in lawsuits and accountants, of which there is now an artificial lack credit to over regulation.
The Securities and replace Commission musts rules and regulations overhaul to help American businesses and this will foil more off shoring of American companies and foil more outsourcing to external states. The overheads to comply with all these ridiculous, head stiff and moronic rules and regulations The Securities and replace Commission is hurting our wealth and our American businesses and that is not right.
We can not adjust morality and a we must not to make rules for this stupidest someone in our state, which just happens to be all those bureaucrats and lawyers who work at the Securities and replace Commission. That is my belief and I think you guys are all idiots and are ruining our country. And because you cannot backing your fight on this topic, I state victory and broaden add my belief that you are more akin to interstateal terrorists and pool sum than resembling Americans. ponder this in 2006.
