To Picket Fences
Of the 359 homevendors in my region, 112 are operation afoul of the law in a sneakily blatant way by committing the monstrous “fence offence;” in other language, breaching Los Angeles public reigns sections 12.21 and 12.22 which bound front yard fence and barricade height to a most 3 ½ feet above grade.
